Service Advisor Job in Birmingham

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a keen interest in the automotive industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our dynamic team as a Service Advisor and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. 

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Assistance:

  • Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner, assisting with their enquiries and service-related needs.
  •  Act as a point of contact for customers, providing information about services, pricing, and available appointment times.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and relevant paperwork.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, estimates, and other service-related documents.

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to acquire knowledge about automotive services, products, and procedures.
  • Shadow experienced Service Advisors to gain insights into service advising best practices.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Strive to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help and learn.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
  • Valid UK driver's license
