Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner, assisting with their enquiries and service-related needs.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing information about services, pricing, and available appointment times.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and relevant paperwork.
- Assist in preparing invoices, estimates, and other service-related documents.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to acquire knowledge about automotive services, products, and procedures.
- Shadow experienced Service Advisors to gain insights into service advising best practices.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Strive to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help and learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
- Valid UK driver's license
